Useful Information

Please give 48 hours notice when rearranging/cancelling an appointment, otherwise 50% of treatment/service will be charged.

Patch tests are needed at least 24 hours before:-

lash lift, eyelash and eyebrow tint

Patch test required 48 hours before hair colour, this is to ensure that you will not have an allergic reaction and it is for your safety, treatments will not be carried out without a patch test.

An estimated timescale for treatments to last can be given, but will never be guaranteed.

Make sure you are happy with your treatment/service before leaving the salon, we do not issue refunds.

Children are to be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times and any damages are to be paid for.
